  • Semolina....4tspn


  • Salt...1tspn


  • Turmeric powder...1tspn


  • Red chilli powder...1tspn


  • Cumin powder...1tspn

Directions

  • Cut the lower portion of the flower & wash it well
  • Make a batter of gram flour, semolina,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder & water.
  • Mix baking soda & make a thick batter.
  • Now heat enough oil in a dip kadhai ,dip the flowers in batter & deep fry it
  • Serve it hot with daal rice
